Leaflets and other written information about various illnesses and conditions are available on display and from the practice nurse. We do not have any leaflets produced by the practice.

Monday you can collect on Wednesday (after 4pm)
Tuesday you can collect on Thursday (after 4pm)
Wednesday you can collect on Friday (after 4pm)
Thursday you can collect on Monday (after 4pm)
Friday you can collect on Tuesday (after 4pm)
